Our preferred shipping carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS) for the most reliable and fastest delivery.  We are integrated with our suppliers and carrier to provide you real-time shipping costs.  You can chose from Standard, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.  *We reserve the right to substitute carriers or service levels for instances where delivery may be compromised by the preferred carrier.

All orders received by 3:00 p.m. Central Time is considered the current business day. All orders received after that time will be process the following business day. 
 
UPS Estimated Delivery Times:
 Standard: 2 - 5 business days
 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
 Next Day Air: 1 business day
 
For large orders over 20 devices, please contact us to work through the logistics with the supplier and shipping carrier to determine the best and most expedited delivery at the best price.  You may be surprised what we're able to offer for bulk orders!

Order Accuracy and Quality:
All of our products are checked for quality control and accuracy.  If your product is delivered damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 business days from delivery of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issues quickly.  *You must keep any damaged items and packaging until the issue is resolved.

Refused and Returned Deliveries:
If a package is rejected or sent back to the sender, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all return shipping charges.
